计算机控制综合实验课的设计与实践

摘    要:微机控制直流脉宽调速是当前直流调速的主要形式,也是自动化重要专业课"运动控制系统"的主要内容,由于涉及微控制器技术知识,与系统实现相关实验无法在课程实验中开设。针对该问题,在工程教育认证工作的推动下,设置了以"单片机控制直流脉宽调速系统实现"为主线的计算机控制综合实验课,按照"产出导向"理念,设计了课程目标和实验内容,开发了实验装置。该课程旨在培养学生创新意识、团队精神和综合应用知识解决工程问题的能力。

Abstract:Microcomputer-controlled DC pulse width speed regulation is the main form of current DC speed regulation, which is also the main content of the "Motion control system" in the important automation course. As it involves the technical knowledge of microcontroller, the experiment related to the system realization cannot be set up in the course experiment. In view of this problem and under the promotion of engineering education certification, a Computer Control Comprehensive Experiment course is established, which is based on the "Realization of DC pulse width speed regulation system controlled by the single chip microcomputer". According to the "Outcome-based" concept, the course objective and experiment content are designed, and the experiment device is developed. The purpose of this course is to train students’ innovative consciousness, team spirit and comprehensive application of knowledge to solve engineering problems.
