呼吸图法在高校实验教学中的应用研究

摘    要:为了发挥科研成果对实验教学的促进作用,该文将呼吸图法制备聚合物多孔和微球薄膜的研究引入实验教学。通过实验条件的设计和优化,成功制备出聚合物有序多孔薄膜或规整微球薄膜,并能够使大量学生同时开展相关实验。实验中,学生可通过自主设计选择实验条件实现对聚合物薄膜表面形貌的调控,在参与度提高的同时大大提高了学习兴趣。此外,通过对样品进行形貌表征、性能测试和结果分析,提高了学生独立处理和分析问题的能力,促进了学生创新性研究思维的培养。

Abstract:In order to give full play to the role of scientific research in promoting experimental teaching,this paper introduces the study of preparation of porous and microsphere polymer films by breath figure method into the experimental teaching.Ordered porous films or regular microsphere films are successfully fabricated through the design and optimization of the preparation conditions.These experiments can be conducted by a large number of students at the same time,meeting the requirements of classroom teaching.During the experiment,students can choose the conditions of sample preparation to control the surface morphology of the polymer film,as the self^designed part of the experimental course,which improves their engagement and greatly stimulates their interest in learning.Besides,through the analysis of sample morphology and performance test,students'ability to analyze and solve problems independently will be improved,which is conducive to cultivate their innovative research thinking and independent innovation ability.
