摘    要:不受供电线路限制的LED点阵屏系统的需求迫切且市场巨大。光伏电池配合蓄电池为彩色LED点阵屏供电,采用恒压控制法,以微控制单元(MCU)控制Boost电路实现对光伏电池的最大功率点跟踪,同时实现蓄电池充放电控制。蓄电池通过DC/DC电路为LED点阵屏部分供电。LED点阵屏用另一单片机控制,通过译码芯片实现行扫描,每种颜色信号都通过串入并出芯片送出列信号数据。设计的光伏LED彩色点阵屏不需外部供电,节能环保,显示内容丰富多彩,性价比高,适用范围广,是光能利用和光电显示技术的完美结合。

Abstract:The demand of LED dot matrix screen system which is not limited by the power supply line is urgent and the market is huge.Photovoltaic cells and storage batteries are used to supply power for color LED lattice screen.Boost circuit controlled by MCU is used to realize MPPT(maximum power point tracking)of photovoltaic cells.Constant voltage control method is adopted.At the same time,the control of battery charge and discharge is realized.The battery supplies power to the LED lattice screen through the DC/DC circuit.The LED dot matrix screen is controlled by another MCU,and the line scanning is realized by decoding chip.Each color signal is sent out by the serial-in and parallel-out chip.The design of photovoltaic LED color lattice screen does not need external power supply,and has the characteristics of the energy saving and environmental protection,rich and colorful display content,high efficient performance and wide range of application with perfect combination of light utilization and photoelectric display technology.
