摘    要:为让学生更好地感受现代切削技术的发展趋势,体会切削技术在工程实际中的应用,开发了牙齿热压模型切割教学实验平台。该实验平台结合了机械电子技术、机器人技术、计算机辅助制造技术等理论知识,由轨迹规划软件和激光切割设备两部分组成,其中轨迹规划软件使用D-H参数法建立运动模型并规划切割轨迹,激光切割设备具有五自由度,可以实现复杂的切割运动,两部分协调配合,可以直观地向学生展示牙齿热压模型的切割过程。该实验平台能够帮助学生更好地理解"先进制造技术""切削原理与刀具""机电信息检测与处理技术"等相关课程,了解切削技术与其他技术交叉融合给工业生产所带来的巨大便利,提高对专业知识的学习兴趣,达到了良好的教学实验效果。

Abstract:In order to let students better feel the development trend of modern cutting technology and understand the application of modern cutting technology in engineering practice, the teaching experiment platform for cutting dental hot pressing model is developed. The experimental platform combines the theoretical knowledge of mechanical electronics, robot technology, computer-aided manufacturing technology, and consists of two parts such as the trajectory simulation platform and the laser cutting platform. The trajectory planning platform uses the D-H parameter method to realize the motion trajectory planning. The laser cutting platform utilizes five-degreeof-freedom to complete the cutting movement and visually shows the students a complete automated cutting process, which can help students better understand the "Advanced manufacturing technology", "Microcomputer control and interface technology", "Cutting principle and tools" and other related courses, understand the great convenience brought by the integration of cutting technology and other technologies to industrial production, improve their interest in learning professional knowledge and achieve good teaching experiment results.
