| Abstract: | From the historical roots of "lawsuit-less" values people can see that, as traditional Chinese values in law culture and the basic symbol for realizing a Great Harmony society, "lawsuit-less" values has great influence on later ages, and even become an obstacle for our construction in legality. Today we are still facing the task of conception shift from the traditional lawsuit-less to modern procedural rights. |
