| 摘 要： | 我国高校思想政治教育对培养大学生的个人能力和自身素养,帮助大学生树立正确良好的价值观、人生观、世界观有着举足轻重的作用,然而,高校思想政治教学并没有发挥出其应有的功效,就高校思想政治教育的现状来看,无论在授课语言艺术还是在时效性上都存在着种种弊端,亟待高校妥善合理的解决。为了弥补政治教学的不足,完善教学制度,笔者试从加强教师语言魅力、提高教师自身素质、端正教师授课心态等方面入手提供解决措施,意在为高校思想政治教学注入一丝活力,继而使其能够真正发挥出教书育人,授业解惑的功用。
