| Abstract: | Qiao Ji's Zaju (a type of play) is typical and important on the late Yuan Dynasty's Literature. The spirits of pursuing for freedom and love and rebelling against the feudalism which come form his canticles embodied his progressive ideas, and these articles also have a good artistic quality. But to be honest, there are some vulgar interests and artistic shortcomings in his writings, so we should learn them in a dialectical manner. |
