西方企业战略管理理论的演变及其新发展

无论在企业管理理论还是管理实践中，战略管理理论皆占据着十分重要的地位。任何一种新的战略管理理论均是原有战略管理理论与特定历史条件相结合的产物，因而，研究战略管理理论的发展历程十分必要。同时，企业战略的制定与实施过程，是不断的寻求更好地解决其与周围各利益相关者之间矛盾的途径的过程。任何企业在生产经营活动中均无法回避矛盾，而只能勇敢地去面对它，并积极寻求有效的办法予以解决。本文正是基于矛盾的不同处理结果，将西方企业战略管理理论的演变过程划分为三个发展阶段，即建立在对抗竞争基础上的战略管理理论、建立于有限合作基础上的战略管理理论和建立于互惠共存基础上的战略管理理论，并据此指出建立于互惠共存基础上的战略管理理论是西方企业战略管理理论的新发展。

The Evolution of the Theory of Managing Strategy of Western Enterprise

The theory of managing strategy is very important no matter as a theory or in practice. Any new theory is the product of the combination of the old one and special historical condition, therefore, it is important to study the evolution of the managing strategy. Meanwhile, the design and practice of a strategy is a course to solve the contradictions of benefit. In this thesis, the writer divided the evolution of western managing strategy into three stages, which is the theory based on confronting competition, limited cooperation, and benefiting each other and coexistence. The last one is the latest development of the theory of managing strategy.
