科学精神及其重要性初论

科学精神属于哲学范畴。文章在综述了科学哲学界对科学精神已有论述的基础上，阐述了作者对科学精神的理解，并提出了科学精神内涵的层次问题。由于现代科学技术的一元论思想使人们忽视了对科学文明内核(世界观、方法论层面的科学精神)的理解，从而导致了科学精神与科学技术发展的不同步。该文以伪科学出版物为例，从一个侧面阐明了像各种宣传迷信、邪教、伪科学的书刊之所以能够出版，根源之一就是我们的新闻出版工作者缺乏应有的科学精神。历史上的“人有多大胆，地有多高产”、“亩产万斤”以及现时的法轮功痴迷者的种种惨痛教训无不说明科学精神对于提高一个民族的科学文化素质和道德水准，对于推动一个国家的精神文明建设是至关重要的。

On Scientific Spirit and the Significance

Scientific spirit is categorized into philosophy. The thesis puts forward the issue of statuses of the definition, and also points out that the desynchronize of scientific spirit and the development of science and technology is caused by monism which results in people's failing to understand the core of it. That's why evil beliefs and cults, superstitions have come into being. The history has taught us a good lesson that the significance of scientific spirit as to push forward the development of a nation's quality.
