| 摘 要： | 在新形势下,建设创新型国家,全面提升海峡西岸经济区的综合竞争力,离不开科技创新,而科技投入的可持续增长则是科技创新的重要保证.本文针对当前福建经济社会发展中科技投入不足的窘境,借鉴发达国家的经验,就如何建立高效、合理的科技投入稳定增长机制提出相关的对策建议.

| Abstract: | In a new situation , the scientific and technical innovation is necessary to building the innovative country and promoting the synthesized competitiveness of the Economic Zone of the West coast of the straits in an all-round way, while the sustainable growth of investment in science and technology is the important insurance of scientific and technical innovation . According to the situation of insufficient investment in science and technology in the socio-economic development of Fujian at present, referring to the experiences of developed countries, this thesis proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions on how to set up the high-efficient and reasonable steady growth mechanism of investment in science and technology . |
