| 摘 要： | 从认知的角度讲 ,高等教育能够启动消费 ,该文提出三个问题 :为什么要用高等教育启动消费 ?高等教育能启动消费吗 ?高等教育怎样启动消费 ?笔者认为 ,将教育消费作为当前启动内需、促进消费的培育重点是合适的。高等教育作为一种消费需求尚具有巨大的潜能 ,文章还提出 ,要使高等教育成为当前启动内需的热点 ,关键在于转变消费观念 ,加快高教体制改革、培育高等教育消费良好的外部环境
