| 摘 要： | 当下,欧盟实现了具有重要意义的政策创新.欧盟一体化进程的推进,与地区冲突管理模式创新之间有着紧密的相关性.欧盟主导处理冲突的"欧洲化"模式,代表着一种进程,即"将冲突的最终结果,与一体化的水平或者说欧洲处理冲突的其他结构联结在一起".欧洲的整合已成为二战以后该地区秩序稳定的重要因素.通过一体化,欧盟为寻求地区冲突的解决探索了一条可供选择的道路.
