我国企业无形资产在管理中存在的问题及对策研究

摘    要:随着社会的信息化发展,无形资产管理日益成为现代企业管理的核心。我国企业无形资产的增长相对滞后,总体规模过小,结构不合理,管理不善,流失严重,给企业和国家利益造成巨大损失。我国应高度重视对企业无形资产的理论研究,培养人们对无形资产的主动开发、保护意识,创立我国名牌商标。政府部门要协调配合,加强宏观调控,同时也要从完善资产管理体系,制定和颁布无形资产的统一法规,明确管理权限等方面入手,进一步加强对企业无形资产的管理和调控,使之发挥更大的效能。

Abstract:With the development of the information age in our society, the management of intangible assets becomes essential to contemporary business administration. But, the overall growth of the intangible assets in our country's corporations is lagging behind relatively. The overall scale of development is too small. The structure is unreasonable and improperly managed. The loss of intangible assets is a serious problem. This causes enormous losses to our corporations and the national development. At present, we should pay close attention to the theoretical research that will be necessary to develop the enterprise of intangible assets. We must train people to be consciously alert to the possibilities. We must train them to protect intangible assets and to create our own famous brand trademarks. The appropriate departments of our government should take the responsibility for coordinating and strengthening the development and control of this business. At the same time, we should improve and perfect the management system of these assets. We should make and issue unified regulations of these intangible assets. We should also define the authority needed for their administration. We should further strengthen the management and control of each corporation's intangible assets while encouraging greater efficiency.
