高校同缘学术团队的知识延续性管理研究——以上海某高校学术团队为例

摘    要:要促进科技的发展,就必须把握好高校这个前沿阵地,高校学术团队的整体研发能力的提升至关重要,尤其是通过组织结构的有效设置实现团队的知识延续问题。学术团队整体创新能力可被分解为整体性和创新能力两个要素。首先,联系目前我国高等教育现状和系统结构理论,进行了高校同缘学术团队发展周期的团队构型分析;而后,结合上海某高校具体研究团队,针对其发展中后期的瓶颈进行诊断,并相应提出了同缘团队的层级星型松散结构模式;借鉴贝尔实验室和明尼苏达的经验,提出了从三个方面进行激励的策略,实现了知识在学术团队中有效跨时跨级流动,实现了同缘学术团队的知识延续管理,提升了团队的工作绩效。本文可应用于学术团队建设和组织结构规划方面,对于其他创新类型团队也有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:To promote the development of technology,university can be seen as the forefront of R & D.And the academic team of a university or college is essential to enhance the overall R & D capabilities of a country,especially through designing and organizing the research team for knowledge continues management.Academic team overall innovation capability can be broken down into two elements: integrity and innovation.First,according to the current status of academic education and systems theory,homologous academic team conformation and structure analysis are carried out along the development cycle;second,with a special research to an specific academic team,a diagnosis for their development bottleneck is made and loose hierarchical structure of star is proposed.By learning from the experience of Bell Labs and Minnesota,three strategies are presented to achieve Inter-class cross-flow of knowledge and higher the overall knowledge continuity management.This paper can be applied to team conformation and organization of an academic team and can be a reference for other innovation teams.
