| 摘 要： | 自我意识是个人素质的一种重要体现。作者结合在电大长期从事教育工作的体会，从理论与实践两个不同层面，阐述了在对电大学生进行素质教育的过程中，如何正确对待学生在自我意识方面所反映出来的问题，以及怎样加强对他们的自我意识的培养与引导．从而使学生的思想素质和自我意识能在正确观念的引导下健康发展。
