弱非线性带壳球形颗粒复合体系中的高阶非线性介电响应

摘    要:利用微扰展开法讨论了任意阶弱非线性带壳球形颗粒复合体系(假定颗粒核组分的介电函数随场变化,表示为-↑εc=εc+xc|Ec|^β的有效介电响应,导出了非稀释极限下三组分带壳球形颗粒体系的有效线性和有效(β+1)次非线性系数的一般表示式.在部分共振条件下,三组分带壳球形颗粒复合体系可以等效成两组分实心球形颗粒复合体系,但是三组分体系的有效非线性系数兄比两组分体系增强了1/λ^β+1。

Abstract:Effective dielectric response of granular composites consisting of coated spherical inclusions in which the dielectric function of the core has the form of -↑εc=εc+xc|Ec|^β embedded in a host medium is investigated in nondilute limit based on perturbative expansion method, and general expressions for the effective linear diectric fuction and ( β + 1 ) -order nonlinear susceptibility of the three-phase system are derived in this paper. We find that under partially resonant conditions the coated spherical inclusions are equivalent to solid spheres with larger nonlinear 1 susceptibility xe, and xe of the composite system can be greatly enhanced by 1/λ^β+1 times.
