摘    要:研究证明,在发育、稳态、疾病等的生理病理过程中,肝细胞会发生凋亡。通过不同强度力竭运动对大鼠肝细胞损伤的影响,以及氧自由基和线粒体摄取Ca^2+在肝细胞损伤中所起的作用,探寻力竭运动导致肝细胞损伤的机理。

Abstract:Many studies have proven that liver cells undergo apoptosis under a broad range of physiological conditions,such as development, homeostasis, diseases and exercises. However, the mechanism of this phenomenon is not clear. This paper, through the influences of different exhaustive exercises on hepatic apoptosis and injury as well as the role oxygen free radicals and mitochondria uptaking calcium play in hepatic injury and apoptosis,attempts to seek the correlation between hepatic injury and apoptosis and exhaustive exerclse.
