高绩效团队与高校辅导员队伍建设

高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量，在学生成长成才过程中具有重要作用。但是由于工作特点和个人局限，辅导员工作整体绩效还不十分理想。本文尝试基于团队绩效思想，从确立团队共同目标、再造团队组织、科学设计管理制度、建设和谐团队文化和完善团队支持机制五个方面进行探讨，以期进一步加强辅导员队伍的团队绩效建设，切实提高大学生思想政治教育工作的实效性。

The Construction of Good Performance Team and Assistant Contingent in Colleges and Universities

The assistant in colleges and universities is the backbone force of the ideological and political education for college students, and plays important role during their growing to maturity and to be somebody. But due to the characteristics of the job and personal limitations, the whole performance of the assistant is not so ideal. Based on the idea of team performance, this paper tried to probe into the following five aspects as defining team common target, recreating team organization, designing scientifically the administration system, constructing the harmonious team culture and perfecting team supporting mechanism so as to further enhance the construction of team performance of the assistant contingent, and practically improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students.
