摘    要:本研究从有成就动机的应届毕业生视角,通过制定一套以学生教学质量感知为中心的关键指标评价体系,研究不同专业和不同招生来源的学生对教学质量满意度各评价指标重要性和满意度的差异。研究结果发现,不同类别专业的学生对专业的满意度以及评价体系各指标的重要程度,与专业属性和建设水平有关。学校要关注学生需求,要合理引导学生预期需求,关注专业均衡发展,协同制定教学质量改进措施,不断提高学生满意度。

Abstract:From the perspective of achievement motivated students,we worked out a student-centered teaching quality evaluation system to help evaluate the teaching quality according to the opinions of students of different majors. Our study found that there is a close relationship between the students' major,their satisfaction with the teaching,and the importance of the items in the valuation index. Schools,therefore,should pay attention to the needs of the students,guide them toward rational needs,focus on balanced professional development,work collaboratively on teaching quality control and continously improve students' satisfaction.
