中学初任教师"师徒结对"之问题及对策

摘    要:我国拥有世界上最庞大的中小学教师队伍,每年有大量初任教师进入教师行业,帮助这些初任教师尽快适应并热爱教师工作,这对我国教师队伍的建设有着重大意义。为此,很多中学都采用为初任教师指派经验丰富的教师进行“传帮带”的方法来引导其上路,但在“师徒结对”实施的过程中仍存在许多不足之处。为此,笔者从学校、教育行政部门和师范院校等三个不同的层面为提高“师徒结对”效果提出了相应的建议和对策。

The "Collaboration between Masters and Apprentices" for New Teachers in Middle Schools: Problems and Countermeasures

Abstract:China boasts the largest population of primary and middle school teachers in the world,and every year there are new comers in the profession of teaching,therefore,how to help these new beginners to adapt themselves to and take to the teaching profession as soon as possible is highly significant for teachers training.As thus,it has been a common practice in many middle schools that new teachers are assisted by experienced teachers so that they can be adapted to their teaching,but there are still lots of shortcomings in the process of implementing such a "collaboration".Therefore,the authoress of this paper attempts to put forth relevant advice and countermeasures for enhancing the effectiveness of the "collaboration between masters and apprentices" in terms of the schools,educational administrative institutions and normal colleges and universities at three levels.
