| Abstract: | Aiming at the employment background in the world and the current situation of employment in our country, the demand trend of manpower is discussed from 3 aspects of overall demand, employment structure and local demand. The employment trend of junior college students is explored from 4 aspects of unbalanced distribution structure, multiple moving direction of graduates, compound demand on talents and popularization of employment position. Some countermeasafes are put forward in the end. |
