| 摘 要： | 本文从我国优秀女子足球运动员的训练与比赛实际出发，试图探讨建立符合实际的专项速度耐力综合测试模型。文章认为传统的测试方法因为大多是在无球状态下进行，存在一定的缺陷，特指出必须结合有球的速度耐力测试才更具有实践指导意义。

| Abstract: | From the view of training and matching practice,the authors tried to establish a practical speed endurance test model for Chinese elite female football players. The traditional speed endurance test was carried out on the ball free condition, which is not in accordance with the actual situation. The authors emphatically pointed out that the speed endurance test for the elite female football players should be done with a ball. |
