| 摘 要： | 将成功学理念训练法应用于排球发球教学中，经过实验组和对照组的教学实验对比，结果显示，采用成功学理念法训练后，实验组学生学习排球的兴趣更大、积极性更高、自信心更强、教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用得到了充分的发挥；动作形成的分化和信息反馈得到了提高，有利于建立正确的动作概念，使学生发球的成功率有了很大的提高。
