| 摘 要： | 高师院校的档案管理是一项具有深远意义的工作，然而，长期以来得不到应有的重视。本文对我区高师院校档案工作的调研结果进行分析、归纳，指出高师院校档案工作的现状及产生的原因，并试着提出改变这种现状的对策。

| Abstract: | File work in teachers training colleges and universities has profound significance but attaches not enough importance since a long time ago.Through an analysis of the file work in teachers colleges and universities of Guangxi province,the author studies the current situation and its contributing factors of normal colleges and universities file work,and then provides a solution to such a case. |
