基于灰色变权聚类的船舶应急疏散模型

摘    要:为提高紧急状态下港口船舶的疏散效率和港口的安全性,考虑影响船舶疏散顺序的多种外界干扰因素,建立基于灰色变权聚类的船舶应急疏散模型.该模型将船舶按疏散优先级归入预先设定的级别中,同优先级的船舶的疏散顺序依据具体实际情况确定.实例结果表明该模型能较好地反映实际情况.该模型对港口当局制定船舶疏散预案有一定参考意义.

Ship emergency evacuation model based on variable weight grey clustering

Abstract:To improve the ship evacuation efficiency and the port safety in emergency, the ship emergency evacuation model is established based on the variable weight grey clustering where the various external interference factors influencing the ship evacuation order are considered. Ships can be classified into pre defined levels according to their respective evacuation priority; the order of the ships with the same priority can be determined by actual conditions. The case study shows that the model can reflect the actual situation better. The model is of some reference value for port authorities to formulate the ship evacuation plan.
