| Abstract: | The authors made a comparative study on the results of teaching with explanation and demonstration of offensive and defensive movements with regard to the characteristics of routine teaching.They also studied the application of offensive and defensive skills from psychological and physiological points of view.They further analyzed the superiority and feasibility of demonstrating the meaning of offensive and defensive skills in routine teaching. |
