| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是指导发展的世界观和方法论的集中体现,是全面建设小康社会和推进社会主义现代化建设始终要坚持的重要指导思想,也是教育改革和发展始终要坚持的重要指导思想.坚持农村教育重中之重的战略地位,推动农村教育持续健康发展,必须用科学发展观统领农村教育工作全局,把科学发展观贯穿到农村教育改革和发展的全过程,落实到农村教育工作的方方面面.
