| 摘 要： | 改革开放四十年来,我国高等教育对外开放取得显著成效,成为教育走向世界的排头兵。当前,我国高等教育对外开放面临新的历史机遇。面向2050,高等教育对外开放必须前瞻谋划未来发展道路,优化教育对外开放的区域、学科和专业布局,扎实推进教育对外开放的内涵式发展。

| Abstract: | China has witnessed significant achievements of higher education opening to the outside world that lead education going global since the reform and opening-up.Currently,higher education opening-up is confronted with new historic opportunity.Facing the year of 2050,plans for future development of higher education must be drawn in advance to optimize the layout of the region,discipline,and specialty,and to solidly promote the connotative development of education opening-up. |
