社会转型期党的群众工作现状分析

群众工作是我党的优良传统,是马克思主义群众观的体现。在社会的转型期,群众工作的对象、主体和环境都发生了深刻的变化,与之相对应,党的群众工作在这一时期出现了弱化和滑坡,群众工作应对转变的意识不足,相关机制匮乏,工作不规范,公共性缺失。在新的历史时期如何做好群众工作,成为我党面临的一大考验。

The Party's Mass Work Status in the period of Social Transformation

Mass work is the good tradition of our Party,which is the embodiment of the Marxist concept of the masses.In social transformation,the object of mass work,the subject and the environment have undergone profound changes.However,the Party's mass work in this period is weakened and declined: lack of awareness to cope with change,lack of relevant mechanisms,the work is not standardized,publicity is missing.In the new historical period,how to do mass work is a major test for the party.
