| 摘 要： | 随着高校后勤社会化改革的不断深入,如何做好后勤的思想政治工作已成为当务之急.针对高校后勤思想政治工作面临的新问题,提出解决职工思想压力与转化为精神动力相结合;解决思想问题与解决实际问题相结合,思想政治工作与业务工作相结合;精神鼓励与物质鼓励相结合;思想教育与制度建设和科学管理相结合的五点措施.

| Abstract: | With the continuous thorough-going of the reform of logistics socialization, the urgent matter is how to perform the logistics ideological and political work well. Aiming at the new problems in university logistics, this article puts forward measures in 5 aspects, that is, combining the workers' ideological pressure with mental drive, ideological problems with practical ones, ideological and political work with professional work, spiritual encouragement with material encouragement, and the building of educational system with scientific management. |
