高职院校在社区教育发展中的机遇和作用

作为我国职业技术教育的重要主体，高职院校必须在自我发展中融入社区教育的发展，实现社会教育资源的最大化，思路在于：在政府主导下，把一部分区域性高职院校转换为社区学院，为社区服务；根据社区的需要，大力发展非学历教育，广泛开展不同类型人群的教育培训；社区向高职院校聘请教师、租赁教学场所和教学设施，实现高职教育的部分功能延伸至社区教育。

On the Opportunity and Functions of Higher Vocational Colleges in the Development of Community Education

As an important part of our country＇s vocational education, higher vocational colleges should get involved in community education while undergoing their self development. This could help realize the maximization of social recourses. The approaches are： Led by the government, some local higher vocational colleges are transformed into community colleges and serve community. In accordance with the requirements of community, we should vigorously develop non-degree education; promote education training towards people in different levels. Communities could invite teachers from higher vocational colleges, rent teaching places and facilities in order to extend the functions of higher vocational education to community education.
