| 摘 要： | 行业企业做强做大必然要走合规经营之路，而行业企业要依靠内在的力量来达成这个目标显然是有难度的，而职业技能竞赛恰恰可以成为校企合作的契合点。如今职业技能竞赛已成为校企人才培养链接的桥梁，在流程规范、人才测评、用人选拔、产业发展等方面发挥重要的作用。

| Abstract: | The industry enterprises should comply with the law to enhance their power, which is hard to be driven by internal system. Professional competence competition can act as the joint between school and industry. The professional competence competition links the industry and school for talent training in several aspects, such as process rebuilding, recruitment evaluation, talent selection, and industry development, etc. |
