| Abstract: | Nowadays there are four kinds of obstacles existing in the basic education reform,which are values,power,the reform itself and psychological barriers.According to the specific performances,we discuss some basic strategies in order to transcend such obstacles.Our view is that we should transcend these obstacles but not overcome in the basic education reform.Only transcending can ensure the effectiveness of educational reform to meet the ultimate purpose of people's demands. |
