| 摘 要： | 加入WTO后,外国企业、商品与服务理念的大量涌入,对中国具有社会公共利益性质的经济关系影响最为深远。加强经济法立法的民主性是中国应对入世挑战、保障社会主义市场经济建设顺利进行的必然选择,也是实现经济法立法科学化的必要条件,更是经济法实现其核心价值的根本保证。

| Abstract: | After joining WTO, foreign enterprises, commodities and service idea will surge in great amount, which deeply affect the economic relation that has the character of public social interest of our country. To strengthen democratic law legislation is the necessary choice for our country's dealing with the challenge of joining WTO, protection of the e-conomic construction of socialist market, as well as is the necessary condition to realize the scientific economic law legislation, still more, is the basic guarantee to realize the core value of economic law. |
