| 摘 要： | 公道正派用人，对于建设有中国特色的社会主义意义重大而深远。公道正派用人，必须树立全心全意为人民服务的思想，做到选人用人注意社会公论．同时注重培养和使用少数民族干部、妇女干部和党外人士干部，以切实提高执政能力，把最广大人民的根本利益实现好、维护好、发展好。

| Abstract: | Being just and honest in personnel placement has great and profound significance in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.To employ people with justice and honesty, we must adopt the idea of serving the people wholeheartedly and pay attention to public opinions in selecting and placing people.Meanwhile, we should also lay stress on the cultivation and use of minority nationality cadres, women cadres and non-Party personage cadres so as to improve our administrative ability and realize safeguard and advance the basic interests of the broadest masses. |
