试析1806～1812年法英双方的封锁与反封锁的斗争

大陆封锁政策是拿破仑·波拿巴为战胜英国而采取的军事性的经济政策，它在拿破仑帝国史上占有突出的地位。自１８０６年拿破仑签署《柏林敕令》，宣布实施对英国的封锁开始，到１８１２年拿破仑发动侵俄战争之前，法国一方面通过一系列敕令强化封锁，另一方面又通过武力征服和军事胜利后的外交谈判等手段不断扩大对英国的封锁范围，并最终发展为大陆封锁体系，而英国则针锋相对，采取各种措施与法国及其盟国展开了一场艰难而又持久的反封锁斗争

The Struggles Between the Great Britain and France over the Blockade and Counter-blockade from 1806 to 1812

The policy of the Continental Blockade was a miliary economical policy which Napoleon Bonaparte wanted to use to defeat the Great Britain,which was very important in the history of Napoleon Empire.In1806,Napoleon signed Berlin Decree and declared to block the Great Britain.From that year to June 1812,Napoleon tightened the blockade to England by the series of decrees,on the other hand,he enlarged the blocking range to England by both the military victories and the diplomatic negotiations and lastly he constructed the Continental System.England, which was the directly unique adversary of France,took all measures to struggle with France and French allied countries.This paper tries to analyse their struggles and to summarize their successes and failures in blochade and counter-blockade.
