对新建地方本科院校实行学分制改革的思考

学分制改革对于新建地方本科院校而言，既是挑战，同时也是推动新一轮跨越式发展、迎头赶上老牌本科院校的机遇。由于新建地方本科院校建校时间短，本科办学经验缺乏，师资力量相对薄弱，在进行学分制改革中，首先必须正视自己的校情，在认真学习、分析和领悟学分制的实质和精髓的基础上，更新思想观念，全面推进学校的内涵建设，优化教学管理，把学年制与学分制结合起来，把选课制与班级授课制结合起来，实事求是，因校制宜，科学推进学分制改革。

Thoughts on Credit System Reform in Newly-built Colleges

Credit system reform is a challenge and a chance as well for the newly-built colleges.There are many problems in these newly-built colleges,such as lack of experience and weak in teaching facilities and so on,but there are also some advantages for them.Credit system reform is very important for these colleges if they want to catch up with the old and famous universities.The authors put forward some good suggestion in the paper which will be beneficial for these colleges.
