| Abstract: | This paper was designed and implemented an efficient certificate management system. A basic function of this system authorized client oneself, and managed a certificate safely use Rijindael algorithm. Also, this system may solve effluence of private key and the certificate management vulnerability problem in all kinds of electronic transactions on Internet environment. |
