| 摘 要： | 道举制度是出现于唐代的一种选拔官吏的制度，即修习《老》、《庄》、《文》、《列》等道家经典并以此开科取士。通过对道举制度的确立、相关体系的设置、实施的具体情况及其对唐朝社会的影响等方面的考察，以助于人们形成对这一制度的初步认识。

| Abstract: | Daoju appeared in the Tang Dynasty is a system of selecting government officials, to study the Taoist clas- sics of ＂Laozi Zhuangzi＇, ＂Wenzi＂ and ＂Liezi＂ and to enlist talents through the old civil service examination sys- tem on the account Based on the system, cited the establishment of related system settings, as well as the imple- mentation of the system, given the specific circumstances and the existence of the Tang dynasty social impact of the inspection, thus forming the system, given the initial understanding. |
