| 摘 要： | 本文以NSTL网络服务系统的全文订购服务的统计数据为依托,从用户索取原文的数量、索取原文的年代分布、索取原文的方式以及付费方式几个不同角度,用文献计量学的方法对信息服务系统用户的原文索取行为进行了统计分析和探讨。
