| 摘 要： | 教师职业倦怠的主要表现有:生理———心理症状、人际关系问题、职业行为问题等。文章从教师职业倦怠的表现、诊断和预防这三个方面分别阐述了我国教师职业倦怠的种种问题,并提出了预防措施。

| Abstract: | The main manifestations of the teachers' professional burnout are as the following: physiological-psychological symptom,interrelationship problem,professional behavior problem etc.The article describes all kinds of problems of the teachers' professional burnout in China from the aspects of its manifestation,diagnosis and prevention respectively.Then it puts forward some precautionary measures. |
