| 摘 要： | 投资办学是我国民办高等教育的基本特征,投资办学与捐资办学的差异,将导致不同的民办高等教育制度安排和法律制度框架.既然是投资办学,就有投资风险.教育管理部门要制定适合于投资办学的法律政策,办学者要对投资风险有所防范.

| Abstract: | Investment in running school is the main feature of higher education run by local people in China.Running school with investment differs from that with donation,which will result in different systems of higher education and law.Investment in running school encounters risks.Therefore,the administration department should draw up rules to guarantee the investment in running school and protect the investor against the risks. |
