| 摘 要： | 高校基层党组织是建立在高校师生员工生活、工作、学习的地方,处于教育工作的第一线,置身于师生员工之中。只有自觉践行党的群众路线,想方设法地真正走近师生,成为他们思想上的＂知情人＂,心灵上的＂知心人＂和生活中的＂贴心人＂,才能让师生切实感受到党组织的作用,才能让党组织真正成为凝聚师生思想共识的纽带。在当前条件下,高校基层党组织尤其要牢固树立联系群众、服务群众的思想意识;紧密结合自身实际,创新运行机制;提高高校基层党组织联系群众、服务群众的能力,从而促进各项工作又好又快发展。

| Abstract: | University CPC organizations are positioned at the front of education.Only by adhering to the mass line of the Party,can they gain the confidence of the masses and become the ties formulating teacher-student ideological consensus.In the current situation especially,university CPC organizations must enhance their awareness and capability in serving the masses. |
