| 摘 要： | 随着钢结构行业在我国的快速发展，钢结构方面的专业人才相对缺乏。本文分析了钢结构当前的发展形势和对人才的需求，从教学内容、教学方法等方面提出了改革钢结构教学的一些措施，以使教学能够满足当前建筑市场的需要，培养适应钢结构行业发展的应用型高级技术人才。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of steel structure industry in China,steel structure industry lacks of its professionals.This paper analyzes the current development situation of steel structure industry and the demand for talents,puts forward some measures to reform steel structure teaching from the teaching content,teaching methods and other aspects to make the teaching meet the needs of the current construction market,and train the applied high-level technical personnel adapting to the development of steel structure industry. |
