| 摘 要： | 学风建设是加强高校人才培养工作的一项系统工程。本文从学风建设的内涵、意义、学生工作与学风建设的关系及强化措施等几个方面对高校学生工作与学风建设进行了论述，最后提出了学生工作加强学风建设应该注意的四个问题。
