| 摘 要： | 从国际贸易法的概念出发,分析了国际贸易法调整对象范围的内涵和外延、国际贸易法法律渊源的内涵和外延。在此基础上归纳了国际贸易法在WTO体系下范围的扩展,即国际贸易法作为规范国际贸易的法律规范的总称,不仅涵盖了国际货物、技术与服务三大领域,而且既包括国际法规则,又包括国内法;既有公法规范,又有私法规范;既有实证性规范,又有国际贸易惯例这样的“软法”。

| Abstract: | The article analyses the object of regulation and source of international trade law.On this basis,the article concludes that the international trade law has expanded its frameworks in WTO:its object of regulation includes international sales of goods,international technology transfer,international service trade and its source inclueds includes,international trade usages,domestic law. |
