| Abstract: | With the widely used of multimedia teaching measures, videos are increasing utilized m college classroom teaching. This article will study the construction of video libraries in colleges. This article primarily ana- lyzes the significance, necessity and advantages of building video libraries in colleges. Then it analyzes the subject personnel and supporting personnel related to the construction of video libraries and the data sources of video librar- ies. It will focus on how to construct a video library. |
