试论如何构建行业、企业、政府、学校四方专业与产业合作的长效机制

我国的高职教育是一个比较开放的教育体系，在教育过程上不仅要依靠学校本身，还必须有行业、企业和政府的足够支持才能有效运行，要想发展高职教育，必须要建立起有效的行业、企业、政府、学校四方专业与产业合作的长效机制，实现行业、企业、政府、学校的四方有机联动。本文以伊春职业学院“行业、企业、政府、学校四方专业与产业合作机制”为前提，以伊春职业学院的校企合作建设项目为现实背景，讨论如何构建行业、企业、政府、学校四方专业与产业合作的长效机制。行业、企业、政府、学校四方专业与产业合作的长效机制对伊春职业学院的高职人才培养必将起到重要的指导作用，是解决学院发展中存在的诸多现实问题的必由之路。

On the Construction of a School-Enterprise Cooperation Mechanism Model Based on Government, College, Industry and Enterprise

The higher vocational education in China is such an open system that it could not run effectively without the support of industry, enterprise and government. Therefore, the development of higher vocational educa- tion is supposed to rely on the construction of an effective school - enterprise cooperation mechanism model based on government, college, industry and enterprise. After analyzing the school - enterprise projects of Yichun Vocai- tonal College, this paper put forward the construction of the school - enterprise cooperation mechanism model, which would play an important role in personnel training and is the only way to settle problems existing in the devel- opment of college.
