大学生体育锻炼与素质教育之关系探析

《中共中央国务院关于深化教育体制改革全面推进素质教育的决定》和《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》（简称中央16号文件）是新形势下指导大学生思想政治教育工作的行动纲领,是每一个教育工作者的工作指南。面对当前大学生们的思想状况,如何创造性地开展思想政治教育工作,深入扎实地推进素质教育是值得深思的重要议题。通过分析在大学生素质教育过程中加强体育锻炼的必要性,深入阐述了两者间的关系,最后提出了要实现科学发展,全面推进大学生素质教育的体育锻炼对策。

Analysis on Relation between College Students' Physical Exercise and Quality Education

CPC Central Committee and the State Council on promoting the quality education and improving college students’ thought political education is the guidelines of instructing college students’ thought political education under the new situation. It is also the instruction of each education worker. Facing the college students’ thought, how to develop the thought political education creatively and deeply promote the quality is worth to consider. Through analyzing the necessity of strengthening physical exercise in college students’ quality education, this paper deeply analyzes the relation of them, puts forward the scientific development outlook and comprehensively promote the college students’ quality education and physical exercise.
