| 摘 要： | 随着生物技术的不断发展，基因工程技术在食品工业中的作用越来越显示出其重要性和优越性，中以预防，随着科技的发展，它在食品工业中的应用会越来越广泛，本文就国内外食品工业中基因工程技术的应用进行了扼要的总结归纳，并对基发展趋向出了比较科学的预测。
